My name is Maria Gabriella Di Martino and I founded MGD Law in 2014 after having practiced for 10 years in a small Perth law firm that valued providing clients with quality legal services specific to their needs, as I do.

Since establishing MGD Law it has been my purpose to provide clients with practical, easy to understand and expert legal advice with a personalised and collaborative approach.

As a mother and business owner, my understanding of how family and business life work in sync (or sometimes in opposition) helps me tailor my services to people who value the importance of both things.

I have the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate my clients’ availability around working life and family, in and outside of business hours.

I am experienced and specialise in in commercial litigation in civil courts, dispute resolution with an emphasis on assisted and cost effective dispute resolution options, estate planning, estate litigation and advisory services.
